The 1st production line of Zhejiang Zhongcheng three-phase project was successfully tested.

On the morning of 16th March, 2023, the company's equipment research and development personnel, process technicians, workshop operators and so on gathered to the film-making workshop of the third phase project, each of them in their own way and in an orderly manner, all of them are making the final preparations for the trial run of the 1st production line of the third phase project.

After a series of start-up preparations of die heating, equipment checking, discharging punching machine ......, at 14:00 pm, accompanied by a rumbling sound of high-pressure airflow, the film bubble blowing success, stable moulding. After more than one hour of debugging operation, the site technical personnel comprehensive technical parameters to judge, the test run to meet the expected goals, which means that the company's 1st production line of the third phase of the project test run a complete success, but also marks the company's third phase of the project formally entered the trial production (production) stage.

The third phase of the company's project was completed in June 2021 for the record and officially started on the 30th of the same month. The project will build 12 new self-developed and manufactured polyolefin heat-shrinkable film production lines (6 have been completed), which are expected to add 30,000 tonnes of production capacity per year after reaching production, further expanding the company's scale advantage and consolidating and enhancing the company's famous position in the global polyolefin heat-shrinkable film market.
Next, the company will take the successful trial run of the 1st production line of the Phase III project as an opportunity to accelerate the construction and commissioning of the subsequent production lines of the Phase III project and release the production capacity as soon as possible, so as to seize the market share for the company and win the 1st opportunity to top the polyolefin heat-shrinkable film industry at an early date.
