Barrier Property Testing: Barrier properties, such as oxygen transmission rate (OTR), water vapor transmission rate (WVTR), and moisture barrier properties, are important for packaging applications, especially for perishable goods. Barrier property testing equipment, such as permeation analyzers or moisture vapor transmission rate testers, may be used to assess the film's barrier performance.
